This website uses no cookies and does not track you across other websites. Fonts are stored on our own server, so opening a page sends no data to Google or other font providers. Links to LinkedIn are ordinary links: LinkedIn only receives data if you click one.
Our hosting provider, Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland), keeps technical server logs: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. They are needed to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are deleted by the provider after a short period. Switzerland has an adequacy decision from the European Commission.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). It uses no cookies, no local storage and no fingerprinting, and it does not recognise you on a later visit. A small script sends the page visited, the referring page, browser and device type, the country and page load times to Cloudflare. Your IP address is transmitted to deliver the script but is not used to identify you. We see only totals. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We use your name, email address and the content of your message to answer you and, if we work together, to prepare and run the business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep business correspondence as long as commercial and tax law requires; other messages are deleted when they are no longer needed. Our email is hosted by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) as part of Google Workspace, under a data processing agreement. Data may also be processed in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to its use, and ask for a copy in a common format. Write to info@danielscommerce.com. You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, NAIH (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság), naih.hu.
